"We are excited to continue our growth in the Midwest League, especially with a team like the Cougars" said Tom Dickson, CEO of PSC. "They have a top notch facility with great entertainment options for everyone in the Chicago area."

Professional Sports Catering, LLC, a full service food and beverage company, was launched in 2005 by Dickson and his partner, Sherrie Myers. Dickson and Myers, the highly successful owners of minor league baseball teams including the Lansing Lugnuts and Montgomery Biscuits, started PSC to serve the needs of minor league baseball teams across the country. The PSC business model focuses on high quality, fresh, cooked-before-your-eyes food, and an almost obsessive level of customer service and partnership with its clients. With the addition of the Cougars, PSC now manages the food and beverage operations for eleven minor league baseball teams, and is poised for significant future growth.
