EVANSTON, IL- October 19, 2012 -- The Rancho Cucamonga Quakes and Pro Sports Catering (PSC) are proud to announce they have agreed to continue their partnership.

PSC has managed the food and beverage operation for Quakes’ games at The Epicenter since 2010.

“We’re excited to continue what is already a great relationship with PSC,” said Quakes Vice-President/General Manager Grant Riddle. “The quality of our food and service that our fans receive at The Epicenter is a huge priority and PSC has helped us to make that experience an enjoyable one for our fans.”

Staples at The Epicenter over the past few seasons have included the Budweiser Hot Corner Grill, featuring grilled favorites like burgers, chicken sandwiches and brats, as well as the Quakes’ Cantina, which turns out Mexican favorites like burritos, nachos, tacos and tortas.

“PSC is thrilled to be resigning with the Quakes,” said PSC CEO Tom Dickson. “They had faith in us when our company was just starting, and we take pride in knowing that there was no other option for them in choosing a partner in food service. We will continue to provide quality food at affordable prices while striving to have the best customer service in all of baseball.”

Professional Sports Catering, LLC is the only full service food & beverage company that focuses exclusively on Minor League Baseball. Tom Dickson and his partner, Sherrie Myers launched the company in 2005 to serve the needs of minor league baseball teams across the country. The PSC business model focuses on high quality, fresh, cooked-before-your-eyes food and an almost obsessive level of customer service and partnership with its clients. In 2011, PSC announced a joint venture partnership with Mandalay Baseball Properties, who have become active partners in the strategic growth of the company.

The Quakes open their 2013 California League season at The Epicenter on Thursday, April 4th against the Lake Elsinore Storm. Season Tickets, Mini-Season Tickets and Group Tickets are now on sale by calling (909) 481-5000 or online at
