As owners of minor league baseball teams ourselves, we understand the nuances of minor league baseball.

PSC is not interested in running foodservice at convention centers, fairgrounds or hospitals. We believe by focusing on the thing we know best, we can deliver a unique product to our partners that nobody else can match.
