When PSC was founded, minor league baseball franchises had two options for food service. They could try and operate it themselves, which is difficult and time-consuming due to the sophisticated nature of their food business. Or teams could enlist a large food service provider, who more often than not forced a major league sized operating model on these mid-sized baseball stadiums. This is where PSC comes in.

Led by lifelong baseball entrepreneur Tom Dickson, PSC relies on its executive team's fifty plus years of experience in minor league baseball to provide a better option. Our team knows what works in a minor league stadium because we've spent our careers operating these venues. Almost a decade after PSC was founded, the results speak for themselves. PSC has become the fastest growing provider in sports.

As PSC has continued to grow, we've found our core principles translate extremely well to the operation of spring training venues. We are able to stay committed to our operating philosophies rather than having to sacrifice them for the sake of growth. Our partnership with Levy Restaurants only reinforces this. PSC does not have to run food service at other hospitality venues in order to provide our clients more resources. With the power of Levy Restaurants, PSC has been able to maintain our focus while providing our partners with the backing of a premier restaurant group. With PSC powered by Levy Restaurants, you truly get the best of both worlds.
