The PSC Story
Professional Sports Catering, LLC (PSC) was founded in 2006 with the objective of focusing on the food service needs of today’s sophisticated minor league baseball franchises. As an owner of two affiliated MiLB teams, CEO Tom Dickson modeled PSC as a cutting-edge food and beverage company that understands and caters to the unique needs of these mid-sized baseball stadiums.
Since our very first client in 2007, PSC has delivered results that are unprecedented. In every instance, we have driven per caps significantly, with increases ranging from 15% to 45%. Equally as important, PSC transforms the food experience for fans from generic to extraordinary in ballparks nationwide.
In 2014, PSC entered into a strategic partnership with Levy Restaurants, combining the experts in MiLB with the resources of one of the premier restaurant and S&E groups in the country. ‘Powered by Levy’ truly gives our partners the best of both worlds. You no longer need to weigh the “large vs small” trade-offs when choosing a food partner.
